For some time now, I’ve been striving to share knowledge by writing a blog or sharing news on social media. Additionally, I actively engage as a speaker – below you’ll find a list of events where I had the opportunity to participate as a presenter.

From Technical School to Technology
On June 5th, 2024, along with Damian Pajor, we had the opportunity to visit our alma mater, the IT Technical School in Wronki, where we talked with students from grades 2, 3, and 4 about our experiences after graduating from high school. We emphasized the importance of continuous education, both self-directed and through studies, courses, and workshops (especially in the era of AI).

Volkswagen PowerWeek + Hackathon
Power Week 2023 was an exceptional event that wouldn’t have been possible without the significant participation of our Digital Enthusiasts! In total, 409 employees took part in 25 online training sessions dedicated to various elements of the #PowerPlatform, such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and even Power Virtual Agents!

The entire event was led by 12 speakers from Volkswagen Poznań and IT-Dev sp. z o.o., who explored Microsoft’s low-code tools through practical examples and live demonstrations, often involving participants in building digital solutions in real-time. Even during registration, participants had contact with Power Platform, as the registration application for Power Week was entirely created in this environment!

The culmination of the entire week was the programming competition Hack&Roll. Thirteen participants, divided into 3 teams, donned their (digital) gloves and participated in a challenge to create applications and reports entirely within the Power Platform environment.
